[Mailman-Users] admin pages

Hi all,
    I am using  Mailman version 2.0beta4, and so far so good. However
I want to limit the options on the admin page, either from
the top of the page like  (Mail-News and News-Mail gateways) or remove
some of the options that are under those main sections.

What is the file that I can edit, so that everylist created will default
to those setting
