No, but I find using "truss -f" (which is called something else
on Linux...something like strace, and I forget the "follow-children"
flag) can be very useful in such cases.  Start tracing your
webserver, so you can trace all the way through the CGI execution.
I'll bet you find the source of the problem right away.

Of course you've checked the obvious things like logs/*, right?
