[Mailman-Users] Default Listinfo Page

I was wundering if there is any way of changin the html on the default listinfo page ie if someone 
browses to 

http://www.myurl.com/mailman/listinfo

and doesn't provide the name of a mailing list a default page comes up showing what lists are available 
etc. 

Can that particular page be altered at all?
