[Mailman-Users] Idiots guide to merging archives ?

Is there any simple way to merge an older archive with a newer
one?  Someone moved their list to my server; they'd like if possible to
have their old archives merged in.  Most of it looks managable other than
the pipermail.pck .

[And no, I have't got time to learn python itself.. :( ]
