[Mailman-Users] arrgh, why am i getting these!

I have setup a new list with the:
"Should administrator get notices of subscribes/unsubscribes" option set to 
'No', but I am still getting the following whne using the mass add tool:

Subject: EMJI subscription notification
Rgreuling at mindspring.com has been successfully subscribed to EMJI.


Any suggestions?
