One of us is confused, or possibly both.  :-)  There are two possible things
that I see from this.  The first is:
I want anybody who has an account at example.com to be able to post to list
X.

The second is:
I want to stop anybody who has an account at example.com from posting to
list X.

Your subject line suggests the first, the steps that you describe in the
message body suggest the latter.  Which one is it?
