[Mailman-Users] postfix configuration question

I have recently installed postfix and mailman 2.0beta2.  Small test lists
work fine.  When I try to post to a list with over 2000 members I get the
following error:

I'm not sure if it's related or not.

I did not configure mailman specifically for postfix or vise versa.  Any
help would be appreciated.
