[Mailman-Users] [Errno 1] Operation not permitted

I'v got several messages from the cron daemon, like this:

What these it mean? I think, my lock files owner is invalid, but if they not
the nobody's owner, my cgi scripts are not working...
I don't understand which owner the right. :(
