Have you looked to see if those people are using an MUA which attaches a
"Sender:" header?  I have a problem with one guy on one of my lists whose
posts are continually held because he use Netscape Mail, and it attaches a
"Sender: tom" to his posts.  This hits my machine and gets changed to "Sender:
tom at xcski.com", and since tom at xcski.com isn't on the list, his posts get held.
He insists against all evidence that he's not putting on a Sender: header, and
that the problem is on my end, but my mailing lists get a few thousand posts a
day and his are the only ones causing problems.
