[Mailman-Users] Full names on subscribers

Hi!

I have resently installed Mailman and so far I am very pleased. But
there is one feature that I miss. In most mailing list softwares you
can subscribe with a mail address AND your full name. When a list
member reviews the subscribers list they see the real names as well as
the sometimes cryptic mail addresses. Is this possible in Mailman?
