Well, I created the wrapper program -- I went into the src directory and
did a "make all" which created a bunch of programs I was missing, and
then moved them to either /mail or /cgi-bin appropriately.

I'm now creating lists, and I've aldready seen a "bad marshal data"
message from the gate_news cron job.  This doesn't leave me with a
comfortable feeling.
