[Mailman-Users] how can rebuild the heldmsg database? why mailman care?

With the current Mailman, if a data/heldmsg-listname-N.txt file is
deleted manually, the next time you hit the admindb page, it'll report
that the file was lost and delete it from the pending requests
database (i.e. it ought to recover gracefully).
