[Mailman-Users] Extracting mailing lists; moving lists to another machine

I've asked before, but nobody has had a simple answer.  Two things I'd like
to be able to do:

1.  Get a list of the email addresses subscribed to each list  (for backup
purposes).

2.  Whats the "official" procedure for moving lists from one machine to
another?
