[Mailman-Users] Wish List: A user's guide

What's the closest thing to a User's Guide you can give me? We're newcomers and novices on the Web, and our website server, Hostway, has offered us the use of Mailman. How the heck would we use it if we don't know where to start? All I can find so far is a lot of tech talk. Thanks!
