The one thing this article doesn't address is users who add their own
Reply-To: headers.  What do you do then?  Mailman's policy is to not
modify such a header if the original message already has one.

In any event, I've added this link to the details for
reply_goes_to_list.  I have my own opinion, as embodied in the tone of
the text and the defaults, but I do believe admins should be given as
much information as possible, and let them decide for themselves.
