This comes up every week.  What you're asking for is essentially
"VERP"; Mailman doesn't implement it.

It's a bit difficult, because it means that each and every
subscriber's copy of the message would have to be sent out as a
different transaction (since each one is customized with the
addressee).  At the moment, many users are handled with one MTA
transaction, because the message is the same for all.
