[Mailman-Users] problem

Dear Mailman coders!

I had a hard afternoon today, i tried to install mailman, but I can't,
maybe i'm too lame for this...
I install the software as it is described in the INSTALL file. 
I create a test-list, it posts the welcome message. As I try to write a
mail to test-request at host with subject: help I will have a message like
this:

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
554 "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd teszt1"... unknown mailer error 2

Theoretically the group IDs and the wrapper (smrsh) are correct.
What else can the problem be?
