[Mailman-Users] Unsubscribe bug

I've seen reports of this before, but can't seem to locate any solutions in
the archives.  Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction.

We have a customer using Mailman.  They have reported that several members
of their list have unsubscribed but still continue to get the monthly
password reminder.  When they attempt to locate the previous member's email
address, it is nowhere to be found.

This is really upsetting both the previous members of the list and my
customer.  Any suggestions how this can be resolved?
