[Mailman-Users] additional info (was how long...)

I checked the mailman logs. All seems fine with the exception of the log
"subscribe" it reads:
Sep 15 10:25:51 2000 (23139) evolistmn: pending
kwythers at lorax.forestry.umn.edu  128.101.74.47

I asume pending means mailman is waiting for something... Does anyone
know what  it's waiting  for?
