[Mailman-Users] Stupid bug?

 	Hello!

	I've found some strange bug in the newlist command... if the
owner email is too big, it does not warn the owner with the normal
mail...

	With: albie at alfarrabio.um.geira.pt 
	it does'nt work
	With: jj at eremita.di.uminho.pt
	it works!!
