No, I don't believe it can currently.

To pick out the first couple of reasons I spotted:
Mailman/Handlers/ToUsenet.py believes that mlist.linked_newsgroup
is a single group when it compares to groups in an existing
header.  And news-to-mail keeps only a single watermark per
list(group) in cron/gatenews.
