[Mailman-Users] users getting mail twice

Mailman must not change this.  The request is to send it to two
different addresses, and that's what Mailman does.  Some
prefer it, in fact, so that they can distinguish between "list
messages addressed to the list" and "list messages addressed specifically
to me".

It may seem wrong, but it's really not.
