[Mailman-Users] Problem with invalid signup response page: Shows up 3 times

Hello,

I'm getting an interesting error.  Whatever I enter into the 'Subscribe
Results Page' in the admin section will show up three times in a row on the
generated response page, but only if a password has not been entered or
confirmed.

Any thoughts?
