Get used to the fact that not all users are developers, and not all should
be, and whether they are or not, they have useful things to say about the
package (including interfaces and documentation).  That's not bitching --
that's user input.  Get used to the fact that it is valid for it to come
from people who will not or cannot "be paretr of the solution."
