[Mailman-Users] Use of Mailman in Scandinavia

Hi.
I am considering using Mailman in a private network (for hospitals and primary care physician in Norway).
 
In scandinavia, we have these characters æ, ø , å and ö.

How does these look like in a mailman webarchive?
