$30/hr is the going rate for what? And how did you arrive at that number?
Certainly it is not an average contract rate for the kind of work you're
talking about ... Here, even PC repair technicians make more than that.
Short-term contract, I pull in more than double that. And I'm at the low end.

I wish you luck in finding someone who'll do what you need.
