[Mailman-Users] Digest separator help

Hello,

If I change the

MIME_SEPARATOR = '__--__--'

in the ToDigest.py file, will that change the separator in the digests or 
is it just an identifier for processing? If it is just an identifier, where 
is the separator setting so that I can change the digest separator?
