1) login to the Mailman server as "root" or "mailman"
   (or put yourself in the "mailman" group and start a new
   login shell)
2) cd ~mailman
3) ./bin/list_members foo-list | Mail -s "foo-list roster" you at your.domain

An exercise for the reader: automate this with ssh.
