[Mailman-Users] I have to rename and give a new IP address to my machine ...

Unless I read the question wrong (quite possible...) he's getting a new ip
address and a new domain name.  He is not changing any directory structure.
He will definitely want to update the FQDN info as folks will be clicking on
links which must stay local and not go off to his old domain/ip.
