[Mailman-Users] filter email address

[Webmaster]

In mailman options is there a way to filter a email address from not
sending a message to the list or for authorized approval. I just want
the filters to look at the email address and automatic delete the
message or  filter it from being send to the list  or the moderator for
approval. I have this address filtered in the Privacy options under the
header filters for mailman 2.0.7, but I don't want it sent for approval.
