[Mailman-Users] Mailman - Web Interface

Question 1:
In the instructions it's implied that a web interface is needed for
Mailman to work but their is a shell command line interface. Wanted to
know if Mailman could be installed with out the web interface? 
Since the mail server is not runing any web deamonds.

Question 2:
In the instructions it's implied that the e-mail commands are e-mailed to
the list admin. Is their a list of all the e-mail commands?
