Bad news is that I made another typo.  Had --with-mail-id=2.  Good news is 
that in now works.  The benifit of making a shell script when you add the 
paramaters is that you can go back and debug.  The bad thing is that if you 
make a typo and don't catch it, you repeat the same error.
