[Mailman-Users] Umbrella_List Option?

I am trying to use Mailman 2.0.6 to set up some email lists, but the 
general options page refers to a setting called Umbrella_list. I 
don't see any other references to an umbrella_list except where it 
says:

Suffix for use when this list is an umbrella for other lists, 
according to setting of previous "umbrella_list" setting.

Where do I need to tell this list that it is an umbrella list for other lists?

Barring this, how can I set this list to accept messages sent from 
other mailman lists?
