[Mailman-Users] Archive time stamp weirdness

My 2.0.11 archives are showing a strange symptom, namely that the last message time stamp is exactly one hour later than the last archived time. Looks like a timezone issue, maybe, but I didn't see anything obvious in the pipermail sources.

Archived on: Tue Aug 13 14:36:00 2002 

Any ideas?
