[Mailman-Users] modifying user html pages

I want to customize the Subscribe Results page for a particular list.
Mostlly all I want to do is remove the part about posting messages, as this
list is for announcements from one person. When I look at the subscribe.html
file, I see the fields like this:

<MM-Results>
<MM-Mailman-Footer>

Where are these and how can I get access to them? I could just write over
these completely with the html that I want, but I just want to modify it a
bit.
