In the headers put in by mailman, you can see this.

List-Unsubscribe: <http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users>,
        <mailto:mailman-users-request at python.org?subject=unsubscribe>

That provides the link and ability to send email and get unsubscribed.
