[Mailman-Users] messages not going out...

I'm running Mailman 2.0.8 on FresBSD 4.5-RELEASE with Python 2.1.1 and
Apache 1.3.22...

None of my lists are sending out messages and qrunner seems to be stuck
attempting to resend the same messages, see below:
