[Mailman-Users] Error messages users get

I have just installed Mailman and users can't subscribe to the list. I'm using
RedHat 6.1, Sendmail, Apache, Python 1.5.2 and Mailman-2.0.8.

Here is an extract of an error message a user received.

Can anyone solve this mystery
