[Mailman-Users] Web interface saves no settings or info!

Have you checked the rights of the install?  Could the config.db of your
test list be read only?  That should spark errors in the ~mailman/logs/...
Also are there any errors in the apache logs?

Are you using NFS to mount any of the install?
