make sure /usr/bin/env is in the PATH for the shell you're working in
(e.g. if it's the mailman account, make sure the shell rc in mailman's
home directory either sources a global server env file which includes
/usr/bin/env or specify it in mailman's profile)

Subject: [Mailman-Users] Creating a test list

I am trying to install Mailman but running into problems when trying to
create the test list.
I run the file $prefix/bin/newlist but it comes back with saying:
"/usr/bin/env: No such file or directory"

Even though there is a file /usr/bin/env and is executable by everyone.
Any pointers will be appreciated.

Thanks,
