[Mailman-Users] Preventing unsubscribe ?

Hi,

I'm running a mandatory announce list (dont worry, its not spam, just things i
want people to know, for some friends etc, like where the free beer is ;), and
I'd like to know how i can prevent people from unsubscribing, or at least only
being able to unsubscribe when an admin explicitly allows it ..

Any hints ?
