[Mailman-Users] Mailman stopped sending mail to users after upgrade

Hi,
I recently upgraded to mailman 2.0.9 from a previous version (I
believe 2.0.3).  All functions of mailman seem to work fine - for
example I can subscribe a new member, utilize administrative features
with no problem, etc.  However, mail is not going out to members of
the list and when I send a test mail it doesn't go through.

I need help with figuring out what is wrong.
