Hello,
I'm trying to install mailman 2.0.11 on a Solaris 8 system.
I"ve installed python 2.1.1 as a precompiled package from
SunFreeWare.com
I get the following error messages during the Configure process.
However, the make install procedure seems to run without any complaints,
but in the end none of the binary scripts will work.
.
checking for CGI extensions... no
Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/usr/local/lib/python2.1/socket.py", line 41, in ?

open failed: No such file or directory

.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
