Unfortunately, while the original patch from Ben removed dupes accross
lists, the version in mailman-cvs doesn't due to a memory leak problem in
the original code.
Ben promised an updated version of the cross list dedupe code, but that's
not in CVS yet.
(worst case, his older code can be re-added and you restart qrunner nightly)
