[Mailman-Users] To www or not www, why am I getting an subsc*ibing error?

I'm getting an intermittent-but-common failure when people access my 
Mailman subscription form from the "www.vancouverleather.com" version of 
"vancouverleather.com".

Is there a way for me to set it accept both of these as "good" domains?
