[Mailman-Users] list Return address help

Hello mailman-users,

I need to have a mailing list have a name in the From: field as well as
an address.  I'm running Mailman 2.0.8, and the messages which it
produces to a list have the format:

         From:   a at b.com

when I need it to have the following format:

         From:  "First Last" <a at b.com>

How can I make Mailman do this?  What do I look at to patch?
