[Mailman-Users] mailman + htdig error/warning messages

Thanks Richard...  I changed /var/lib/htdig (and below) to being owned by
root.mailman and gave the folder group write permisions.  This cleared the
error report I had ben recieving.

Original:
drwxr-xr-x    2 root     root         4096 Mar 23 16:19 htdig
New:
drwxrwxr-x    2 root     mailman      4096 Mar 23 16:19 htdig
