[Mailman-Users] Mailman 2.1 Auto Message Config

Hi,

I am using Mailman 2.0.1 and would like to know if Mailman 2.1 will enable end users (who do not have access to the config files) to edit the complete Welcome message, and maybe even the help message. I am aware of several other improvements that will take effect with 2.1 but this is the one feature that is most important to me.
