[Mailman-Users] is it possible to customize subscription success welcome message?

I am using mailman 2.0.13 on Debian testing.
If I can't do this in 2.0.x, is there anyway to find out the
new-subscriber welcome message file? I hope I can change the content of
it. Thank you.
