Login to the Web Admin interface and go to the section titled:
  Edit the HTML for the public list pages

I think the entry you want to get rid of is almost at the very end:
  <MM-Mailman-Footer>

In anycase, it won't hurt to change that and then see what happens when
you reload the listinfo page.
